Love Outreach Ministries is a Christian church organized to connect people to God by teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. We positively impact the lives of people in our community and around the world.

Our Pastor
Pastor Howard L. Jackson is an anointed teacher and preacher of the gospel. He is an honor graduate of Lindenwood University (LU) where he excelled academically. He entered the gospel ministry in 1987 under the tutelage of Dr. Ernest Lee Roberson Sr. in Texarkana, TX at the tender age of 15.
After Dr. Roberson passed away in November 1991 Pastor Jackson joined Smith Temple Church of God in Christ in Tyler, Texas where he was mentored by Bishop David R. Houston, Prelate of Texas Northeast Jurisdiction #2. As a young minister, he remained faithful to God and continued to grow and mature in the ministry.
He is committed to teaching the Word of God and demonstrating the Love of Jesus to diverse people. He loves people.

Our First Lady
First Lady Jackie Jackson is a loving and devoted wife. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (SIUE). A registered nurse by training, she excels as a nurse manager in the healthcare industry. Her tender loving care skills acquired in nursing compliment her love for people. She is a kind, loving woman of God.
Pastor and First Lady began dating at church when they were teenagers. They have shared their lives together for more than 34 years. They are proud parents of one son Demarius S. Jackson; and one daughter Jasmine B. Jackson. They also have four grandchildren.
